Mechanism components 

Feed Mechanism

1  Manual loading, photo taking by manipulators and retrieving materials are not affect each other, improving the efficiency of the machine;

Color identify manipulator

1  When transfer the small parts tray to the photo position, the  manipulator will take pictures to identify their color and characteristics.     

2  Color identify, small parts position and products position are working at the same time, which greatly improves the efficiency of the machine.    

3  Color camera with 2000W pixels (identify the color of the lens).

Rotary Mechanism

1  Rotary table with four work station,  could working in the same time, which greatly improves the efficiency of the machine. 

2  Scanning results are automatically uploaded to the customer's MES system.

Fully dimension measurement mechanism

1  Use four cameras to shoot four right-angled sides or four straight sides at the same time(how to choose depends on the demands of the product), and calculate the dimensions according to the vision system. 

2  Black and white camera with 2000W pixels, and the lens is 1000W pixels.

Four-axis assembling manipulator

1  When the assembly manipulator finishes picking up the small parts and moves to the to take pictures, the glass lens installation position, the glass color recognition mechanism, and the full-size inspection of the glass are all carried out at the same time, which greatly saves the time for taking pictures.                 

2  A 2000W pixel color camera (to identify the color of the products).
